How we work

No surprises: a fixed price, a launch date, weekly progress.

You talk to the person building your product from the first call to the handover. Here is exactly how a project runs, what it costs to start, and what you can hold us to.

Five steps, start to finish

01

Discovery call

Thirty minutes, free. We learn what you’re building, who it’s for and what success looks like — and tell you honestly if we’re not the right fit.

02

Scope and fixed quote

A written scope, a fixed price and a launch date. Small projects get it within one working day; bigger ones go through a short scoping sprint first.

03

Design

Clickable screens for the key flows. Nothing is built until you’ve approved how it looks and works.

04

Build, in the open

A live preview link from the first week, updated as we go, with a short demo every week. You see progress, not promises.

05

Launch and handover

We launch, watch it closely, and hand over the code, the accounts and the documentation. Thirty days of defect fixes are included.

Ways to work together

Scoping sprint

For projects that need thinking before pricing

User flows, a screen list, the technical plan and a fixed quote. The fee is credited against the build.

Fixed-price project

For a defined product with a launch date

One price agreed up front, paid in three milestones: 40% to start, 30% midway, 30% at launch.

Ongoing work

For products that keep growing after launch

A set number of days each month, or a care plan for updates, monitoring and fixes. Thirty days’ notice, no lock-in.

Rescue audit

For code that’s stuck, fragile or inherited

A fixed-fee review with written findings within a week, and a fixed quote for the fixes if you want them.

What every project gets

Not upgrades or add-ons. The baseline, on every project, whatever its size.

Fast
Pages built to open in about a second on a phone, measured before launch, not hoped for.
Secure
Security headers, two-factor sign-in for admins, rate limits and encrypted backups as standard.
Accessible
Readable contrast, full keyboard use and screen-reader labels, checked against WCAG.
Tested
Automated tests run on every change, so a fix in one place doesn’t break another.
Yours
Code, domains, hosting and accounts in your name, with documentation good enough to leave us.

Claims are cheap. Run the same independent tests we run on every launch against this site, right now.

Common questions

How much does a project cost?

It depends on what you need, and you’ll know the exact figure before paying anything: a written, fixed quote after a free call, usually within one working day. Every service page lists the things that move the price.

How long does it take?

A website usually takes two to four weeks, an online store three to six, and a web app or SaaS product two to four months. The scope you approve includes a launch date.

Do you work with clients outside Lebanon?

Yes — most of the work happens remotely. We overlap with Europe for most of the working day and can schedule calls for the Gulf and the Americas.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You bring the business knowledge; we turn it into decisions and explain them in plain language. Weekly demos mean you judge progress by using it, not by reading reports.

Who owns the code and accounts?

You do. Domains, hosting and app-store listings are set up in your name, and once the work is paid for the code is yours.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, before the first call if you like. We never name a client or show their work without permission.

What happens after launch?

Thirty days of fixes are included. After that, choose a care plan, book days when you need them, or take the documented handover and run it yourself.
