Terms
The promises we make to every client, in plain language. Each project also gets a written proposal; where the two differ, the proposal wins.
A fixed price before any payment
Before you pay anything, you get a written scope, a price that won't move unless the scope does, and the date it goes live.
Payment in milestones
Typically 40% to start, 30% at a midpoint you can see working, and 30% on delivery. Ongoing work is billed monthly in advance and can be stopped with 30 days’ notice.
Changes
New ideas are welcome. Anything outside the agreed scope is written up as a change with its own price and timing, and nothing is built until you approve it in writing.
You own the work
Once the work is paid for, the code, designs, content and accounts are yours. Domains, hosting and third-party accounts are registered in your name from day one wherever the provider allows it. We keep the right to reuse our own general-purpose tools and know-how, never your code or data.
Confidentiality
What you share with us stays with us. We sign your NDA before the first call if you want one, and we never name a client or show their work without permission.
After launch
Every launch includes a 30-day window in which we fix any defect in what we delivered, at no cost. After that, support is available monthly or by the day.
